The only real issue was that the heating was off when I arrived so the room was freezing, but I turned the radiators on and it was ok. The layout is a little bit odd, the Heidi and Hotel next to it are very nearly all but separate properties, but it's fine, I can see what must have happened at some point with the two places. The biggest thing though is that the staff are largely Nepali and it is a small world, as the owner also owns a local 'Indian' buffet near to where I live. What are the chances of that?!! So Danyabad, Namaste and Suvaratri!

Everything from the beds to the place to the rooms were very exceptional clean and tidy with lots of storage space for anyone staying for longer , the breakfast was also great and you get a large selection to choose from with chatting among guests so great for socialising if your into that when travelling. Amenities were great as well with everything you might need provided for the stay such as kettles cups and towels with a jolly and helpful host to top it off. Highly recommend

The room was on the top floor and was a little on the small side. The bathroom was very nice. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was preordered the night before and when we went for breakfast it was freshly cooked and served promptly. It was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip! They had a good coffee machine as well. It was a ten minute walk to an area with restaurants and bars that we enjoyed at night.

Very good value for money with Breakfast included, served next door in Grampian Hotel. Tea, coffee and bottle water available in room. Shower good and litsbof hotwater. Toiletries supplied. We had tea in Grampian hotel which in Nepalese which we hadn't tried before. Staff extremely helpful with assisting to choose. Large portions. We would definitely stay again.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a larger-than-expected bathroom, which was great as I was in town for a wedding and needed space to get ready. The breakfast was also very nice and well organised and the location couldn't have been better for those arriving by train.
